Guru is a phenomenal real estate agent! He helped us find a place and worked with us to find the perfect house for our needs. We were first time home buyers. We were expecting our 2nd baby and had to be out of the rental property we were in at the end of March. On top of that, we didn't know where we were going to stay if we didn't get closing on or before the end of the month. Our baby's due date was also around that same time. In addition to that stress, we also picked one of the worst times in history to buy a house as the covid 19 pandemic combined with a provincial wide lockdown and stay at home order caused an insane increase in the real estate market. We were putting offers in getting out bid by over 100K dollars. At times I was getting fed up and wanted to pull the plug on house hunting. Guru remained calm and professional and assured us everything would be alright and work out. Finally after freeing up a bit more money, and revising our search criteria, we found the house we are living in today. We went in with an aggressive offer and FINALLY won the bid war.
