I am not a big fan of realtors. I find many of them sleazy, and often feel like they are insincere. Heather is completely different from a normal realtor. She's extremely honest and forthright. She's very detail-oriented and analytical, which I really appreciate. Her market report was super detailed, and accurately predicted our final sale price. I don't mean to make Heather sound like a robot, because she's not. In fact, the thing I appreciated most was her was timely advice and encouragement when we were nervous about our sale progress. In addition to all this, she's super responsive - day, night or weekend. She gives very thoughtful answers to any question, and was really proactive in reaching out to us. I'd highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for an honest realtor.
