Very disappointed on how unprofessional this woman is. I would never recommend her to anyone. She was not our realtor but was the listing agent of the home we purchased. We were told the home that we purchased was professionally cleaned but it was far from that. I truly regret not pursuing this problem and having Heather Holm come to the home that she sold, to witness the mess that was left. Even after Heather was informed of the mess, she still denied it and stuck to her stubbornness attitude. We have many pictures and a professional cleaning company for proof of the mess left behind. Our realtor that we used went over and above to make sure that this was taken care of professionally and paid a lot of money for the cleaning bill. After going through this ordeal and explaining it to friends and coworkers, I found out that many other people in town agree that Heather Holm is not a realtor that they would use or recommend.
