Heather Holm was the “listing realtor”of a home we purchased. We paid over $850,000. She made a nice commission off the sale. What’s disappointing was the house was left completely disgusting and dirty. There was still things left in cabinets, hair in the showers , sinks , floors... grime everywhere. The bathroom upstairs toilet had a poop left in it. The fridge had hair in it and sticky goop all over - it took hours to clean. The fridge, stove , washer and dryer were not pulled out to clean behind as they were caked with so much grime we had to use a paint scraper to get it off. The newer dryer didn’t even work because there was years of lint trapped in the pipe my husband had to use the air compressor to blow it all out. The tops of the kitchen cabinets were so full of grease professional cleaners said it was impossible to get it all off / it would take hours. I was beyond disappointed as well as repulsed by the grime. Also so disappointed that moving into our new home could be such a horrible experience after leaving my previous home sparkling clean and move in ready. The home owners - Heather Holmes clients claimed it was professionally cleaned and neither they or Heather agreed to pay a cent towards the huge cleaning bill. Thankfully our realtor Danielle Chapman went above and beyond. She hired cleaners to come in 2 times in one day and paid the bill. We truly appreciated our realtor (Danielle Chapman’s ) professionalism and empathy towards our situation.
