My husband and I attended an open house in a neighbourhood that we are very serious about purchasing in. Immediately as we are a young couple early 30's we felt as though we were absolutely dismissed by this agent. She was rude and presumptive and would not even give us a fact sheet on the property most likely believing that that we couldn't afford it although we already have our pre-approval. After she told us we couldn't have a fact sheet because we "weren't serious about buying" I quickly stepped in to tell her that we were serious and had our approval from the bank. She then asked if we had an agent to which I said we had an amazing agent who is friendly and kind and bends over backwards for her clients! We were not impressed.
