Ildiko is presumptuous, rude and unprofessional. Had a very poor experience with her while searching for a home with my wife. Would not recommended working with her, there are plenty of other motivated and personable real estate agents out there who would love to help you find your next home, but Ildiko is not one of them. - Ken

Ildiko was an amazing pleasure to work with and will help in any way that is possible. I was a first time home buyer and a terribly paranoid individual. Ildiko was always 100% honest, included all the information she can find. As a buyer, I got to learn everything I ever needed to know about buying a home. When a seller was being difficult, Ildiko did everything to try to have the seller reach an agreement. Eventually, we turned our attention elsewhere and found a much more affordable home. She works fast, will try visit homes before me to save me time, always watches the market, but also complies with those moments when you are 'stuck' on one house. I rated her #1 in everything because I really enjoyed working with Ildiko, and her help will never be forgotten. She follows up, she even got me free advice from a colleague of hers well after the sale.
My husband and I attended an open house in a neighbourhood that we are very serious about purchasing in. Immediately as we are a young couple early 30's we felt as though we were absolutely dismissed by this agent. She was rude and presumptive and would not even give us a fact sheet on the property most likely believing that that we couldn't afford it although we already have our pre-approval. After she told us we couldn't have a fact sheet because we "weren't serious about buying" I quickly stepped in to tell her that we were serious and had our approval from the bank. She then asked if we had an agent to which I said we had an amazing agent who is friendly and kind and bends over backwards for her clients! We were not impressed. - Kate
