Oh my lanta, I don’t even know where to start she’s such an incredible person and truly does want to find you the perfect home. This was my 2nd home purchase but 1st purchase by myself so in a way still all of the first homeownership vibes. It’s nerve-racking but it is so much better when you have a super supportive and thoughtful realtor who really goes out of her way. There were several snafus along the way (not Jamie related) - seller not turning the water on before the home inspection - I would’ve had to pay them to come back to inspection but Jamie covered it. The seller didn’t meet conditions for cleaning garbage out of the garage Jamie made sure they came to clean everything out within two days of my homeowership. She has provided me with contacts for renos, for roofing, for further foundation inspection if I so choose as I bought a really old home. Then on top of all that her love of Red Deer she shared with me in the homeownership gift. Literally a taste a Red Deer - a G/C to many local waterholes steps from my front door so I could get to see a beautiful side and the heart of this city. Jamie made this life changing decision easy and helped me get over the sets back, bumps and bruises. She’s the coolest of cool cats and I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed, she is beyond amazing at what she does.
