Oh my lanta, I don’t even know where to start she’s such an incredible person and truly does want to find you the perfect home. This was my 2nd home purchase but 1st purchase by myself so in a way still all of the first homeownership vibes. It’s nerve-racking but it is so much better when you have a super supportive and thoughtful realtor who really goes out of her way. There were several snafus along the way (not Jamie related) - seller not turning the water on before the home inspection - I would’ve had to pay them to come back to inspection but Jamie covered it.
