Jan and Tom were great and helped us buy our first house in Nanaimo. As we were moving from Victoria, we weren't that familiar with the different areas of town. They both know this city inside and out and provided good insight on what certain areas would be a good fit for us. I would highly recommend Jan and Tom to anyone buying a home.
