Janice was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the neighbourhoods in Nanaimo and its surrounding area. She was always extremely timely with any requests, questions, and concerns. She went the extra mile, even picked us up at the ferry terminal when we couldn't get our car on. She made buying a house fun and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their homes.
