We moved from Vancouver to the Island in early 2026 after a 4 year search for the right home in the right spot. As we were not familiar with Vancouver Island communities we relied heavily on Tom for information and guidance. Tom was very patient and extremely honest throughout our search. We ended up in a great location with the ocean view, space to garden and easy access to amenities that we were looking for. It was a lengthy process and we appreciated Tom's sense of humour as well as his after sales service. It was a big move for us but a smooth relocation thanks to Tom.
