Tom and Jan are absolutely amazing. They are incredibly honest and talked me out of a few places that were not up to their standards. After working with them for several months and seeing multiple places, the markets sky-rocketed and I found myself priced out. Tom referred me to a realtor in another area who helped me purchase my investment property. It would have been easy for Tom and Jan to make a quick commission on a sub-par house but they chose integrity over earnings. I would recommend Tom and Jan without hesitation and hope to work with them on a future property.
