We had an excellent experience working with Jan and Tom as we searched for a home in Nanaimo. From the very beginning, they were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and personable. Truly looking to understand what we were looking for and sharing recommendations based on leads. We were relocating to the area so that meant scheduling multiple viewings within short time frames, and they were always incredibly organized and accommodating. Their knowledge of the area and the local market was invaluable, and we always felt like they had our best interests in mind. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process, ultimately, helping us find the home that checked the boxes! We’re so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend Jan and Tom to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy, and wonderful realtors!
