We are very satisfied with the work Janice and Tom did in the sale of our house. From the beginning where they explained the market for us and explained how they arrived at a price, they gave us a good view of what would affect the sale and price of our house. Before we were ready to put our house on the market, they suggested getting pictures done ahead of time. As it turned out that was a key to selling our house as a buyer made a decision to make an offer on our house a day or two before it was even listed.
