I highly recommend Jeff Parlee at Remax. I honestly have not seen his persistence to get the job done in his field. He successfully completed both sale of my old condo and purchase of our sparkly new townhome in the span of a few months. The small condo I previously owned was particularly difficult to sell, with various issues, not due to anyone's fault, along with the current down market. Jeff, again was very persistent, secured a very good offer for us and got the job done. Finally, with the purchase, Jeff made sure we view as many open houses as we needed that allowed us to understand the market and what a well protected property looks like that is also a good investment. Ultimately, Jeff was key for us in finding our dream home to which we are living in very happily with little to no hitches. Overall, Jeff is very professional, highly knowledgeable, who has a keen attention to detail (especially when it comes to rain screening) and great to work with. I feel we have gained more than just a new home as it was also a great learning experience for us.
