They included pre-inspection, very extensive staging (with the talented and friendly Quinton!), who also helped us get rid of stuff not even Vinnie's or Habitat for Humanity wanted. The Team answered questions or concerns promptly throughout all the stages --- easing our way through the pre-sale process, the many showings, and then working carefully with us through our first offer (with NO conditions! Truly a Godsend!). We got a sale in 2 weeks and were able to book our tickets to our new home. Was it stressful? Of course! But they helped us every inch of the way, including promising removal of any last-minute items if needed. It was their values we appreciated the most. Openness and honesty, integrity (doing what you say you'll do), and kindness from EVERY member of Jeff's team. I think a prolonged selling process might have killed us with the stress of it, considering our age and the impact of such a major move, carrying only suitcases to the other side of the world! They cared about us as people, and were unfailingly kind and gentle. I think you have to add a big "+" to the 5 stars!!
