Jeff Sands went above and beyond for the sale of our home. Genuinely, and while I would advise not everyone expect this - he did what we thought was impossible. Our mortgage was up for renewal and our daughter had finished school, so we needed to sell our investment property/house that she was staying at. There was about a month we had - we wanted to get it on the market by the end of September, but really needed it to close before the first of November. The odds were slim to none that this would happen and we basically accepted that it just wouldn’t because of the short window. Luckily, Jeff had enough knowledge and someone interested who was willing to close so quickly. Regardless of being able to pull of the impossible, Jeff was fantastic. Always there to lend a helping hand or advise as to next steps to take with getting the home ready for the market, super speedy with setting everything up from cleaning to photography and more. Above all, Jeff was kind and very easy to talk to. I cannot say enough about how much he helped - if you’re looking for an agent, I can’t recommend him enough.
