This is the second time I chose to work with Jeremy Kyle Real Estate. This time, selling my mother’s condo was an emotional experience and I am so happy that I worked with Jeremy and Adrienne Kyle. Jeremy did his research extremely well on comps in the neighbourhood and was honest and direct with both the pros AND the cons that we faced in selling the unit. He also advised what we could do to stage it properly. I thought I had done a good job and out came Adrienne (all the way to Chilliwack!) with her vehicle loaded down with bedding, lamps, artwork and other accessories, and she took the condo up about ten notches in its presentation. They took professional photos of the well-staged condo, and I don’t even know how they did it, but they came up with a completely accurate floor plan! Great photos and a floor plan are the first things a prospective buyer sees, and I believe this helped us in selling the condo quickly. I was leaving on an extended vacation, and he was instrumental in helping me get work with my notary on signing all the documents as early as legally possible so that I did not have to deal with it while I was away. Jeremy is very quick to respond to questions, and gives clear, concise information on the market in general, as well as specifics pertaining to my specific property. He is kind and truly cares and will ALWAYS go above and beyond what most real estate agents will do. I have high regard for both Jeremy and Adrienne and recommend them wholeheartedly to sell or purchase your next home. They will not let you down.
