This is the second time I chose to work with Jeremy Kyle Real Estate. This time, selling my mother’s condo was an emotional experience and I am so happy that I worked with Jeremy and Adrienne Kyle. Jeremy did his research extremely well on comps in the neighbourhood and was honest and direct with both the pros AND the cons that we faced in selling the unit. He also advised what we could do to stage it properly. I thought I had done a good job and out came Adrienne (all the way to Chilliwack!) with her vehicle loaded down with bedding, lamps, artwork and other accessories, and she took the condo up about ten notches in its presentation.
