Found Jill's name beside a house we wanted to buy, she wrote the deal for us. She was ok until I didn't feel she was who I wanted to sell our house, all downhill from there. Her responsiveness went to zero, actually berated me for not choosing her though she got $17k commission for the spoon fed deal I gave her but apparently it wasnt enough. She didn't write in the laundry appliances so I was surprised to have to buy new ones. (did in the first offer we did?) After possession 3 expensive appliances don't work, , Jill was literally zero help, another $5000 cost. My last email took 9 days for a response. I am sure I am not the only unhappy customer in her wake, but the positive that out of this is that I was correct in not choosing Bird realty for my house sale.
