Found Jill's name beside a house we wanted to buy, she wrote the deal for us. She was ok until I didn't feel she was who I wanted to sell our house, all downhill from there. Her responsiveness went to zero, actually berated me for not choosing her though she got $17k commission for the spoon fed deal I gave her but apparently it wasnt enough. She didn't write in the laundry appliances so I was surprised to have to buy new ones. (did in the first offer we did?) After possession 3 expensive appliances don't work, , Jill was literally zero help, another $5000 cost. My last email took 9 days for a response. I am sure I am not the only unhappy customer in her wake, but the positive that out of this is that I was correct in not choosing Bird realty for my house sale. - Vince Crawford
. (Jill is listed as a realtor on the Sirva website) Jill seemed interested at the start but once my house went on the market she explained I would receive a text when someone wanted to view my home. No realtor had ever done that in any previous home sales but I thought different province sometime things are different. I found out later it’s not different in SK and she should have been arranging the viewings. After my first text requesting a visit at 10pm I called her and advised my number needs to be removed and her number added. When offers came in she would text me instead of call me. She was difficult to deal with was confrontational on the phone when discussing an offer. I wanted to fire her but when I was considering that I was just leaving for vacation and I couldn’t delay my house being sold as it was a Military move. An offer came in that day and the deal got signed. It was good to have a deal but felt pretty sick that she just made so much money in the sale when she really didn’t deserve it. She said she understood military moves but she didn’t. I would not recommend her for buying or selling your home. - Sandy Bidgood
