The condo listing was sent to me by my son-in-law so I contacted John to see if we could have a viewing. He had written up an offer for someone else at that time so put us in touch with a realtor friend who showed us the property. We assumed that the offer would be accepted so didn’t pursue it any further. We later discovered it had not been accepted so we asked for a viewing,, asked lots of questions which John answered or found answers for. We were inclined to make an offer that evening after some discussion. John came by to my daughter’s place that evening. Our offer was accepted! John has been so very helpful with any & all questions we have had. He is a very personable young man of high ethics & I highly recommend him as a realtor agent.
