I knew John Knaus as he grew up in Lumsden. My family had commented that they liked C&C Realty's online advertising and pictures of their listings. We had tried to move our Townhouse Condo on our own for about a month as we had a few leads. I contacted John to come for a visit / interview. We signed that evening. The condo listing was sent to me by my son-in-law so I contacted John to see if we could have a viewing. He had written up an offer for someone else at that time so put us in touch with a realtor friend who showed us the property.
