This was our first property in Canada; Jon's knowledge and skills were crucial in securing the deal for us. We were under time constraints and had to finish the transaction while away from Canada. Thanks to Jon being with us every step of the way, despite the time difference, we were able to successfully make the purchase. We often asked him questions that did not relate to his role, but he never hesitated to answer all our queries. He also showed great honesty throughout the process.
