This was the third time that we worked with Jon. He sold us our first apartment, and sold it for us when we wanted to upgrade to the place he helped us purchase this year. Jon was always organized and provided in depth informative comparative analysis for each property we were interested in to help with our decisions and to decide on the best strategy. He was always honest and listened to our thoughts without pushing us in any direction. He was a great communicator and we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. He’s personable, funny, and an all-around great guy. When we found “the place” he worked hard to make sure we got it at a price we felt good about. Jon was amazing till the very end, and left us the sweetest welcome basket to enjoy in our new home. We are excited to work with Jon again for all our real estate needs!!
