We found Jon through rate my agent and the reviews were all accurate. He has gone beyond expectations in helping us find our first home. He is knowledgeable and gave his honest opinions on what we should look out for along with the process of purchasing. He is proactive whenever we found a potential place to see and would set up appointments as soon as we were all available. As well as going to viewings on our behalf and taking photos to show us with his honest opinion about the place. He is responsive and takes the time to explain the process and answer any questions to the best of his knowledge. After finding our home, Jon would follow up with us to make sure everything is good.
