Jon was great. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and Jon had all the answers. Jon always made sure he was available at my convenience and went out of his way to make sure I had all the information I needed. While looking at properties Jon also really helped me to get a good sense of what I was looking at and discussed everything with in such a way that helped me make informed decisions. Jon never ever made me feel like he was pushing for me to make a purchase. In fact, he was great at pointing out causes of concern and consideration in the properties I viewed. It was very apparent that Jon's first priority was my satisfaction.
