This was our second time purchasing a property with Jon, first a condo and now a house. Jon is great to work with, friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He’s extremely responsive and will answer all questions, if he doesn’t have an answer, he will find someone who does! For example, getting property plans from the city. Through both purchase transactions he’s made sure to look out for our best interests and was never pushy/sales-y to make us feel like just a transaction.
