I moved out of my parents house and bought my condo in 2019 and I was so nervous. My parents bought their house almost 35 years ago so they didn't know very much. Jonathan spoke to them for me when I couldn't explain things right. He was very patient, answered all my questions. I talked to a few different people and he was the only one who didn't rush me off the phone when I said I wasn't ready to buy yet, but wanted to ask questions. It took me almost 4 months to be ready to go out and look, and he always took my calls, even if it was a silly question on a Sunday evening. It only took a couple of weeks to find my new place, and it was scary but he explained every step of the way so I knew I was doing the right things. My sister is moving out in 2 years so I know who we will be calling.
