I moved out of my parents house and bought my condo in 2019 and I was so nervous. My parents bought their house almost 35 years ago so they didn't know very much. Jonathan spoke to them for me when I couldn't explain things right. He was very patient, answered all my questions. I talked to a few different people and he was the only one who didn't rush me off the phone when I said I wasn't ready to buy yet, but wanted to ask questions. It took me almost 4 months to be ready to go out and look, and he always took my calls, even if it was a silly question on a Sunday evening. It only took a couple of weeks to find my new place, and it was scary but he explained every step of the way so I knew I was doing the right things. My sister is moving out in 2 years so I know who we will be calling. - L. Gala

Anyone considering using this agent or Royal lePage Realty company for a real estate transaction should be very careful. I speak from a very painful personal experience, where in retrospect we were misled from the start in purchasing a condo unit. After signing all the necessary papers,on the very last day before closing, we were notified that the seller defaulted on their sale contract. The very same agent, who by the way was acting for both seller and buyer for our transaction, is now ( only a week later) listing the very same property for 50 thousand dollars more than originally contracted with us.
