We are a family of four, including two young children, who were relocating to Nanaimo from Vancouver. We didn't know much about Nanaimo itself, but Joseph took time to give us information about the various neighborhoods, pros and cons, etc. Because of work and childminding demands we couldn't always come to Nanaimo for viewings - this wasn't a problem as Joseph facilitated virtual tours for us. His knowledge around construction was very helpful and he was able to talk through possible issues with a few of the houses we viewed. We never felt under pressure to buy from Joseph and I feel that he wanted to help us to find a house that would be a good fit for our family. We eventually settled on the north end and after around four months of searching we are absolutely delighted with the home.
