We didn't know much about Nanaimo itself, but Joseph took time to give us information about the various neighborhoods, pros and cons, etc. Because of work and childminding demands we couldn't always come to Nanaimo for viewings - this wasn't a problem as Joseph facilitated virtual tours for us. My fiancé and I first came across Joseph Goh on his YouTube channel. We were doing our research to begin our house hunt, and we were pleased to find online videos featuring Nanaimo-specific information; particularly useful was his monthly summaries on the Nanaimo market, which helped us to set a budget. Once we found a place we were interested in, he gave up his Sunday evening to guide us through the negotiations — together we were about to settle on a price below the home’s assessed value. We were ecstatic! In the time following, Joseph prompted us through the steps, providing even more helpful checklists. We rarely felt overwhelmed, as we knew Joseph would respond to any question promptly. He also accommodated our schedule without hesitation, and expressed sincere joy for us when we acquired our keys.
