Joy was a huge waste of money. I did the majority of the showings myself. I completely sold my home to the people who bought it. She was unavailable a lot. On one particular night I was supposed to show my own home, the people did not show up and I was waiting to put my son to bed. I tried contacting Joy and her assistant numerous times. They were not available. She text me later saying she was at an event and too drunk to talk to me. Very unprofessional. My home was vacant for a while and she left my heat and lights on in between showings after I made special effort to ask her not to. We had a large bill due to this. There were footprints and debris tracked through my home during the showings they attended. Do not use Joy. We used her in the past in a great market with a quick sale. In a slower market she was an absolute nightmare.
