Joy was a huge waste of money. I did the majority of the showings myself. I completely sold my home to the people who bought it. She was unavailable a lot. On one particular night I was supposed to show my own home, the people did not show up and I was waiting to put my son to bed. I tried contacting Joy and her assistant numerous times. They were not available. She text me later saying she was at an event and too drunk to talk to me. Very unprofessional. My home was vacant for a while and she left my heat and lights on in between showings after I made special effort to ask her not to. We had a large bill due to this. There were footprints and debris tracked through my home during the showings they attended. Do not use Joy. We used her in the past in a great market with a quick sale. In a slower market she was an absolute nightmare. - Sarah M

Joy was amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the market was excellent and she took the time to explain everything as we went along the process of selling our family home. I would definitely use her again and recommend to my friends and family. - Sue L.

This is a time where trust an compassion is the most important part to a seller. Joy was neither and lied constantly. Even the manager of her Remax branch was no help and wouldn't do anything but talk to her. She even told me she was disappointed with Joy. I feel like I was ripped off and would recommend you never use Joy Bagga/Tark or her Remax branch. Very mad and this was the worst experience Ive had. - Brent
