Julian and his entire team are truly fantastic. I’ve bought a number of homes, in a few different cities, and this was definitely the most enjoyable experience - which is a bit shocking given how competitive the market in Bellingham and Whatcom County are right now. Julian knows the market, knows the terms that other buyers will be offering, and ultimately what it’s going to take to be in the winning position.
