I had a great experience with this team. I really appreciated Julian and Hudson's eye for detail as I viewed homes -- he seemed to be ahead of me in figuring out what was a good fit and what wasn't, and seemed to have a really good handle on what my deal breakers were. Kailee handled all of the closing details perfectly with no problems at all. I appreciated Julian's perspective and knowledge of the market. He did a good job negotiating what felt like a fair price even though there was another offer. They worked really well as a team and communication was fantastic throughout. We put this purchase together just before Christmas and they managed all of the details really well despite the holiday falling in the middle.
