He and his wonderful assistant Kailee were fantastic throughout the entire process. They helped me devise a strategy and were instrumental in getting my house sold. Kailee was responsive and extremely diligent in her work. We had to overcome a few hurdles along the way, but Julian and Kailee handled each challenge with grace and patience. Ultimately, I received a full-price offer for my home. Although I was a bit rushed due to external pressures, I believe that with more time, Julian’s expertise could have garnered multiple offers. As it was, I sold the house to a lovely local family with a new baby, who absolutely adore their new home. In summary, working with Julian and Kailee was an amazing experience.
