Julian was very helpful throughout the entire process. It was an emotional time selling and preparing my fathers house after he passed and he helped with every part of the process to get the house ready to sell. He was even able to be flexible with last minute changes in plans and limited budget for projects before selling the house. He hoped this process be smooth and quick, and his advice lead to selling the house for much higher than we thought we could get for it.
