We recently moved to Calgary from the lower mainland. After a referral from friends that were happy with Kam we decided to work with him to find us a home. There was limited supply on the market and we were in a bit of a time crunch. First off he drove us around the neighbourhood that we were interested in, which gave us invite into where we were looking. That was very helpful. We found one we wanted to make an offer on, which was well above our price range. After careful negotiations with the owner Kam advised us on an offer price. We made an aggressive offer and thought we would have to negotiate. Kam’s price suggestion was spot on and our offer was accepted. We got a great deal on our home and couldn’t be happier. Kam went above and beyond, he insured the deficiencies were taken care of and has followed up along the way.
