I saw a listing for a condo that had all the features I was looking for so I needed a realtor to set up a viewing. I heard good things about Kamil and he promptly had one set up. That unit turned out too small and a bit far from work but Kamil quickly assessed my needs and wants and went to work scouting possibilities. We saw some very interesting spaces but none had that “ this is the perfect place for me vibe “ yet Kamil was very patient with me and efficiently set up viewing after viewing that accommodated my schedule perfectly . Particularly impressive is his ability to spot value in property and explain a good buy or an overpriced one ( nice looking features but poor quality underneath -put in for a quick flip for example). At last we found that perfect place for me. It was just like that first unit I wanted but bigger, closer and much much much nicer ! Kamil negotiated a great price and made the offer, purchase and possession a breeze for me . Kam is an extremely patient, honest and knowledgable Realtor. As a first time homebuyer, I had lot of questions that he happily answered, and he made navigating a very confusing market at the height of COVID seem like a breeze. I didn't realize how picky I was when we first started out, we probably saw close to 50 properties together, and not once did I ever feel pressured or that I was wasting his time. We recently moved to Calgary from the lower mainland. After a referral from friends that were happy with Kam we decided to work with him to find us a home. There was limited supply on the market and we were in a bit of a time crunch. First off he drove us around the neighbourhood that we were interested in, which gave us invite into where we were looking. That was very helpful. Kam is a local that lives in the area so that was wonderful. He was able to get us showings right away and has a good relationship with other realtors in the area. We viewed a bunch of nice places but places were moving quick. We view multiple places some above and some below our budget, to get an idea for comparison. We found one we wanted to make an offer on, which was well above our price range. After careful negotiations with the owner Kam advised us on an offer price.
