I saw a listing for a condo that had all the features I was looking for so I needed a realtor to set up a viewing. I heard good things about Kamil and he promptly had one set up. That unit turned out too small and a bit far from work but Kamil quickly assessed my needs and wants and went to work scouting possibilities. We saw some very interesting spaces but none had that “ this is the perfect place for me vibe “ yet Kamil was very patient with me and efficiently set up viewing after viewing that accommodated my schedule perfectly . Particularly impressive is his ability to spot value in property and explain a good buy or an overpriced one ( nice looking features but poor quality underneath -put in for a quick flip for example). At last we found that perfect place for me. It was just like that first unit I wanted but bigger, closer and much much much nicer !
