Our family was very interested in a specific property. I called Karen. She was initially unsure which property I'm talking about. She then realized, and told us the time of the open house. We showed up at that time, but there was nobody there. We waited around for 45 minutes and there was still nobody there. I then messaged and let Karen know that we were there waiting and nobody has arrived. She asked for the address, and then simply stopped responding. She didn't respond to any interaction after that. This property has been on the market for a while, and it's possible that the sellers are stressing about this. Maybe they believe that they need to lower the price, or that there is something wrong with their property. As it turns out, the Realtor they chose to trust does not even bother to show up to appointments or respond to messages of people who are interested. I'm very surprised by the lack of professionalism or responsibility of such a seemingly big realtor. Avoid Karen Zhao if you are a seller.
