Kathy works at Century 21 in Yorkton now. I picked Kathy as my selling agent after talking to her on the phone only. My mistake, I should have met her in person to make my decision whether to go with her or not. Then I would have had a more clear idea that she is unprofessional, crass, rude, and poorly educated. For a realtor she really lacked knowledge about home infrastructure, design, and function. Had I taken her advice to accept a low offer I would have lost out on about $6000! Thank goodness I stuck to my guns on that counter-offer or I'd be $6000 poorer.
Kathy Fehr was also a horrible communicator; often, she did not follow up to let me know when important steps in the selling process had taken place. I never even heard from her the entire final two weeks of the sale process and she never contacted me to confirm the sale was complete or to congratulate me on the sale of my house on closing day! Like I said, she's rude and has no manners and is very unprofessional!
All in all, you can do much better than to hire Kathy Fehr as your realtor.

I do not recall this situation however i do not wish to dismiss your comments. Going forward i would recommend you bring to light how you are feeling while in contact with the realtor so they have the opportunity to address your concerns and compensate for them. I thank you for your review and will use this information as constructive criticism to improve my business in the future.
