Kathy works at Century 21 in Yorkton now. I picked Kathy as my selling agent after talking to her on the phone only. My mistake, I should have met her in person to make my decision whether to go with her or not. Then I would have had a more clear idea that she is unprofessional, crass, rude, and poorly educated. For a realtor she really lacked knowledge about home infrastructure, design, and function. Had I taken her advice to accept a low offer I would have lost out on about $6000! Thank goodness I stuck to my guns on that counter-offer or I'd be $6000 poorer. Kathy Fehr was also a horrible communicator; often, she did not follow up to let me know when important steps in the selling process had taken place. I never even heard from her the entire final two weeks of the sale process and she never contacted me to confirm the sale was complete or to congratulate me on the sale of my house on closing day! Like I said, she's rude and has no manners and is very unprofessional! All in all, you can do much better than to hire Kathy Fehr as your realtor. - Joe Blow
I purchased my home that I now live in which is an acreage, as well as two rental properties. She also sold my previous home for me. All of which went very very well. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Thank goodness for that, for I had never lived on a rural property and would have had no idea of what to look for and the questions to ask. I really had my mind set on one, but after she shared all the research she had done, I opted out on that one and am sooooo thankful. I purchased a different home and have been extremely happy, and trouble free. I now know the new owners of the first home, and they are facing the exact problems that Kathy informed me about.
