Kelly Fletcher. Where to begin. Words on paper without actually meeting her are incapable of portraying her professionalism, her winning personality, her dedication to her clients, her strong work ethic, and her determination "to get the job done" utilizing her strong negotiation skills. Again Kelly negotiated a sale with a quick closing. She expertly handled all the details and paperwork. She even hired a courier to pick up the original copy of a document required by our lawyer so we would not have to do it. This is what client service is all about. Without hesitation we would hire Kelly again and we would highly recommend Kelly Fletcher to any buyer or seller, residential or commercial property, simple or complex transactions within any price bracket.
