Kelly Fletcher. Where to begin. Words on paper without actually meeting her are incapable of portraying her professionalism, her winning personality, her dedication to her clients, her strong work ethic, and her determination "to get the job done" utilizing her strong negotiation skills. I personally call her "#1". That pretty much says it all. Six years ago Kelly was highly recommended to us by a trusted friend. At the time we were downsizing and selling a large beach home. Her extensive market knowledge and her selling skills combined with her winning personality told us she was our agent. Realizing this unique property would unlikely be purchased by a local buyer Kelly reached out beyond the Moncton area and found a potential buyer. A long-distance sale is extremely challenging but Kelly rose to the occasion. Her strong negotiation abilities not only sold the home but also the two adjacent cottages to the same buyer. That is what Kelly does. Always has the best interests of her clients foremost. Fast forward to 2025. It is now a buyers market. We had a vacant condo for sale. Without any hesitation we immediately contacted Kelly. The condo was viewed, the listing agreement drawn up, the key box on the door, the photographs and video completed and posted, and the For Sale sign on the lawn. Kelly communicated with us and kept us informed of not only her showings but all the MLS showings with helpful comments to improve the salability. Kelly never makes us feel as if we are intruding on her time no matter when we phone, text or e- mail her. She is always available and helpful for her client. Again Kelly negotiated a sale with a quick closing. She expertly handled all the details and paperwork. She even hired a courier to pick up the original copy of a document required by our lawyer so we would not have to do it. This is what client service is all about. Without hesitation we would hire Kelly again and we would highly recommend Kelly Fletcher to any buyer or seller, residential or commercial property, simple or complex transactions within any price bracket.
