As a first time home buyer, I had little to no knowledge going into buying my first home, but Kelly took the time to make sure I understood what I was getting into. My budget was tight and she always respected it, telling me the hard truths to keep me on track for my personal goals as a first time home buyer. She had great communication with me, whether it was in person, over text, by call, or in email. I appreciate that she always found the time for me and was patient when I needed it. Even if a house was in my budget, she alerted me to things we saw inside or outside that could become issues in the future. She really looked out for me from beginning to end. This was our second time using Kelly for our realtor. She "knows" her job and does not hesitate to call or text at any hour of the day or evening. At one point I asked why she was working on a Sunday and she replied she has had one day off since June. This was in November. Once the house was listed she was quick to spread the word with other realtors and had several viewings set up within a matter of hours. If you have a question and we had many she was quick with the response or had it within minutes. We certainly would not hesitate to use her again.
