Kelly is a true expert in her area who goes far beyond her normal duties as a real estate sales agent! As we are not from Calgary (not even from Alberta), Kelly connected us to the right persons who helped us to inspect, renovate, insure the property. She also provided us with contact info of some great individuals who reviewed the condo documents and helped to find suitable tenants.
