Ken is completely unprofessional. While going through a divorce Ken put together a package saying he could list the family home for over $400 000 more than the house was assessed for, and more than $300 000 than other agents said they could sell at. He did this as my ex fixes his boat. Ken never came to the house to complete his recommended listing price. Ken was never as by booth members on title to do this. He did this as an attempt to get his friend more money in a buy out. My family has bought three houses from Ken and will no longer use him in the future. I will not recommend him to anyone. To do a listing package without seeing the house when there was a major renovation in progress and open permits was not professional on his part
