Ken Droog

Ken is completely unprofessional. While going through a divorce Ken put together a package saying he could list the family home for over $400 000 more than the house was assessed for, and more than $300 000 than other agents said they could sell at. He did this as my ex fixes his boat. Ken never came to the house to complete his recommended listing price. Ken was never as by booth members on title to do this. He did this as an attempt to get his friend more money in a buy out. My family has bought three houses from Ken and will no longer use him in the future. I will not recommend him to anyone. To do a listing package without seeing the house when there was a major renovation in progress and open permits was not professional on his part - Aimee

Ken did a remarkable job in selling our house in a difficult market. His initial presentation was very professional and his soundly based recommendations inspired confidence. He suggested that it would probably take about 60 days to sell and from signing the listing agreement to the buyers removing their subjects was exactly 60 days to the day. We have received several favorable comments on the way Ken displayed our home on his website and on the MLS listing as a result of his excellent photographs. Although the market was slow his marketing efforts resulted in a steady flow of viewings from his office and other realtors. We had a minimum of 2 showings a week and often more. After every showing we were provided with meaningful feedback and a good indication as to the level of interest expressed by the potential buyers. By comparison we heard from a number of other people that they had few to no showings of their listings and invariably had to instigate the follow up with their listing agent.
